Project Brief

The project involved the construction of office accommodation and workshop facilities, with an option for the client to split the building into two tenancies at some stage in the future. The workshop required large roller shutters, sliding doors, gantry cranes, cast in floor rails, and dedicated lunchrooms, showers and toilet amenities for workshop personnel. The two-storey office accommodation boasts provision for staff amenities, kitchen, lunchroom, boardroom and reception area. Future provisions were also made to extend the first floor office accommodation into workshop facilities.

Project Description

The project comprised of a 1000A 3phase supply with changeover switch for a Generator if required. All office power, lighting and data. The workshop was split into 2 different zones with 2 distribution boards to accommodate such a large volume of 3 phase outlets and machines.
